I've always been a fan of the old 40's and 50's Horror Comics. They were so violent, graphic and weird. They always dealt with something strange like melting skin caused by some form of radioactive substance, or monsters, or things coming back from the dead. This is inspired by that. This is going to be my DBH Halloweek2 entry. So this is sort of a sequel to my "Wolfman's Got RAD!" design. Except the subject matter is of my favorite of all the monsters, the Mummy. I always wanted to put some awesome shades on him. I hope the colors burn your eyes, I tried to make this outrageously 80's. Pee Ess: This is the first time I've used half tones before, my computer hates halftones, it takes forever! Yep, another werewolf design. The offers on my last one were crazy, and a band I'm sure you have all heard of "I Wrestled a Bear Once" wanted to buy the last one. But since there were already offers on the last one, I told them I'd do another different one for them. I based it off their new video "Tastes Like Kevin Bacon" with a little Teen Wolf flavor http://www.myspace.com/iwrestledabearonce Needless to say, these guys were a thrill to work with and I'm pretty stoked I got to do a shirt for them. (I had to resub because for one...I deleted it on accident...and I had to change a few bits) So i stayed up Past 2am in the morning a few days ago, couldn't sleep until I finished this or else I'd be tossing and turning all over the place thinking about it. This all started with lunch, looking at garbage pail kids cards and watching Return of the Living Dead, then it evolved into breakfast with a cereal box. I wanted to take it to the limit and think what could be worse than eating gross things for breakfast and then throwing them up at lunch. Well, what's more gross than actually eating parts of your own body. I don't know...there is probably a lot, but for this particular series, there isn't.
