Halloween is my favorite holiday. I love horror movies and I love the Misfits. This shirt summarizes it all.

I’m just imagining this as a hoodie with the design printed everywhere. That would be amazing.

Thanks! I’d love to do that, I just don’t have the means too. Maybe someday!

This is way too similar to Carraway Clothing’s Doodle design…

The design is based on paintings I have been doing for years, you can see on my website here: chrispiascik.com

Boo this shirt sucks… HA NO WAY this T is the BOMB! And it has nothing to do with the fact that I know this Chris Piascik or that I own some Print Brigade material. It just plan kicks Arse!

Can’t get over how this is way too close to Carraway’s design.
printbrigade said 10 months ago
Wow, you’re really going for it with 3 call-outs in this one post. I would say that these designs share a “loose” illustrative style and they are both on black shirts. I would definitely not say either is a rip-off of the other. Carraway’s design is a collection of his doodles all collaged together in a really raw manor, which is dope. My design is based on a theme and each object interlocks with the things around it in a more “tight” manor. Ideally, the design would go on to the fill the entire space (as my paintings do) but low-budget screen printing does not allow that without too much pain. So the full screen, front and center placement was utilized. Honestly I don’t know what else to say to make you feel any better.

Agreed 100%. Nobody is trying to call someone out in an ill-intentioned manner. They look very close and even you yourself don’t deny that. That’s all there is to it. You aren’t the first, and you won’t be the last to have someone say, “hey that looks like this” on a design you had never seen before designing yours. Its happened to me personally. Myself, and alexgoldstein, were just pointing it out because of the resemblance and I personally know carraway clothing’s ryan miller and i know alex does too. So, to us, it just looks exactly like a design we personally know. I just don’t want you to perceive this as some sort of bashing. You’re design looks great.

Hey Drew, I definitely get what you are saying. The reason I responded as I did was because alexgoldstein had posted three different times here about it, in what seemed to me, to be in an accusational tone. I appreciate your response and thanks! Glad you like the design.

this is an awesome shirt.
I'd love to see it as an all-over print.
I'm interested in buying one, though. Who do i contact for that?
