We are all fond of saying we have no regrets in life. We like to say that if it wasn’t for our past, we wouldn’t be where we are today. That may be true, but if you are at all human, you know that we’re all haunted by painful or frightening memories. Have you been cheated on? Has a loved one passed away? Have you done something to truly hurt someone? We can forgive and heal, but the scars are there. However, and you’ve heard this before: life must go on.
