The hand is great, awesome detail, I would mess around with the positioning though, and the rotation - it's a littler er.. 'fingerbang' esque at the moment. The other thing i'd say is, given the intense realism of the hand, the little cartoon bone sticking out of the wrist doesn't seem in keeping with the illy.. maybe try go with something more realistic and sick.
