We were simply looking to plaster as many styles of mustaches as we could onto a shirt. Registration was shifted slightly to give more of a 3-D effect.

This is true. The name was more of a play off of Jay-Z’s single more than anything else. Since there are only 46 on there, I guess it’s only fair to return 54% of the cost to each customer.
