you have to count like 100 years from the death of the artist, or date of creation so I think you are ok with copyright issue, for the rest, it is too biblical maybe some personal approach on it, a little bit of contribution from your side, if not it can also be a tee selling at the chapel’s entrance (kidding) even if you played a little. Nice positioning

How did you get an image of this that has a high enough resolution to print?

yeah, i might try to fuse it with another famous work. idk which artist to use though... haha, it took me like 10 tries to get the positioning right, thanks! : ]

maybe include famous iconic peoples heads to replace their own, maybe have einstein’s face for the bloke with the grey beard, tom cruises face for the guy on the floor, and add faces like madonna and oprah. the irony of having people who follow science and scientology in a classic catholic painting, classic.

theres pretty decent resolution images of all oil masters at Art Renewal

although i dont agree with just ripping stuff and puttin it on a tee. just cause their dead and copyright is expired doesnt make it right... cause if you stole something from any artist thats alive today, it wouldnt fly. death changes nothing.

but... i really dig the tee. mike is good stuff.
