yeah, I know…. They just have a very particular look and feel they are going for, and I wasn’t hitting it. No matter what we all think of the designs, it didn’t fit the vibe they wanted. Although, there were many rejected designs, we did finally make 5 that were accepted.
Hehe, I’m not going to comment on that one! The guys (and girls) at Jedidiah are cool, just really really picky!
I have found out that it’s more fun to design what I want (adhering to client specs of course) than to dumb down a design because that’s what I THINK the client wants. Most of the time I’m better off doing something “crazy” rather than “safe” but sometimes clients are really particular about things and want to control the design process more.
