I wasn't sure if the red tin cup should be in red to draw your eye to the coin ("change") tin cup or if it should be black and white like the rest of the design. The head is slightly larger to help with recognition of who it is. I think the posture and coin ("change") can could be interpreted several ways. I didn't put the "Obama for Change" text anywhere on the design because I think that would be too obvious. If this shirt didn't have a title (if you saw it on the street), I think it would take a while to understand it. Great concept though. I live around the corner from the local soup kitchen too and I'd suggest a change in the posture, maybe crossed legs instead.
