No, the shirt doesn’t change at black, you’ll just don’t see the shirt at all in the dark. I made it black to simulate it’s dark and to show the placement.

If there is light to support the glow in the dark ink then you will be able to see that the shirt is blue. It’s a good idea though. I hope it works.
not true ^ if you needed a light for glow in the dark then there would be no point in it. the glow ink charges throughout the day and glows at night so even in a pitch black room you would only be able to see the stars and moon.
its a good idea but glow ink isnt transparent so i think you might end up with the stars and moon showing in day light
