I think it looks better with the smoke and no slogan. Its simple but effective, I like it.

it needs the smoke on the shirt, because without it it just looks like someone is holding a bullet.
but im not really a fan of this because its pushing a message i dont back, smoking is legal, why would you tell someone not to do it? they know the risks, be done with it.

if you dont't agree with the message its conveying dont buy it... thats my stance, i know its a polarizing topic thats why i chose it. its an important topic in my life, as it has effected my family directly, thus i chose to target it.
i do agree that it may need the smoke, i kicked that idea around for a while, the orignal had it but i went for simplicity...im sure yet though
