
Their new album art is going to have something to do with duct tape, so they wanted their merch to tie in well with the album. I wrote out "Phantom Planet" with duct tape, scanned it in, and colored it in PS.

At a huge screenprinting place I used to work at we did a bunch of shirts for rome snowboards and they had a duct tape graphic and we used like an underbase of high density i believe, a layer of silver shimmer and then some black halftoning on top so it looked like real tape

Awesome man, I'll let the printer know what to do if it gets approved. Right now it's just halftones.
me too, but you can't really tell it's duct tape when it's orange :-\

i think if you made the paint splashes shades of blue and "phantom planet" slanted going down toward the bottom right of the shirt if would look cooler. I would def. buy it
