   wow, yesterday I was totally wondering if this band was still around for some strange reason (I think I had the "California" song stuck in my head for maybe 5 secs)... so it’s really weird to see this today, plus to hear that they’re on FBR? Wierd. Never into them either, but enjoyed that Jason Swartzman was a part of the group originally.

   this is great. I’ve been working on some monster cat concept shirts, no cyclopean cats fortunately, so I really really like this. I’ll make myself like Phantom Planet if this gets printed.

   this shirt made me go listen to phantom planet for the first time since "california" came out. that song, "nobody’s fault" was actually good. this shirt is pretty dang awesome.

    so a bunch of you guys are using that watercolor technique for the the fill colors. Is there any tutorials for stuff like this??

    basically, they are water color images that you use a blending mode on. of course there is much more to it than that, but that’s the gist of it.
