Stormtrooper?

Stormtrooper? image

Stormtrooper? No, no, no, good sir. Make no mistake; this is the helmet of a Squall Squadroneer, and not a Stormtrooper. You see Squall Squadroneers are plaid, whereas Stormtroopers are white, which is obviously totally different.

Slightly less obvious is the fact that Stomtroopers are the intellectual property of Lucasarts, and Squall Squadroneers are a completely unique concept that don’t infringe on any existing trademarks.

Is this going to be printed?
I actually own a set of Stormtrooper armor.

It HAS been printed in a super small run (20 of each), and unless you live in London, Ontario, you probably won’t be able to get your hands on one.

Props to owning your own trooper armor, but did you MAKE it?

That would be an awesome shirt to own.

I have a friend out in Michigan who makes the armor for me. I built it up as a kit:

    Then all finished:

sorry for hi-jacking your shirt comments. ;P

I am totally okay with that. Trooper armor is what got me into costuming. Your kit looks great.

I’ve got a bunch. 2 Halloweens ago, my friends and I went as the Spartans from 300. This year I went as the Lich King from Warcraft. For both costumes I sculpted and vacuum formed all the armor pieces myself, much like your friend must do if he produces armor kits.

The design itself? No, sorry. They’ve already been printed, albeit on a small scale. In the future, I hope to do a larger run of shirts.
