Oversized, 1 colour 'discharge' print technique, on black (or any dark coloured shirt.) I had originally intended the 'blood soaked' version to be a dip dye (like the infamously low numbered select shirt), but have since learned that method is not really counter productive, a nightmare in fact! So, the blood soaked version could either be a process fine screen, or even a UV red ink.
