I call BS

I was trolling craigslist cause i was board and found this.

We’re a band looking for no more than 100 shirts, with 1 or 2 colors, and maybe 500 stickers with 2 colors. I’m looking for a reasonable price from local printers. There is a place on Western that has shirts for 3 bucks with 1 colors in orders as small as one individual shirt. If you’re going to cost more than that, please don’t respond. We will help promote your business on our website and when people ask where we printed, we will recommend your company.

   One time this kid said he could do one colour all over prints for 3 bucks a shirt(for the print only) So I gave a about 3 dozen shirts and got back 3 dozen of the most disgusting printed shirts I’ve ever seen. You get what your pay for always.

   last week a lady was buying mechanic type shirts from us and we get the shirt wholesale for 7.45. she told us that she has "a friend in the business" who quoted her 8 for the shirt with front and back print and she wanted us to match that. we told her we can’t compete with that, then the next day she called back and told us she decided to "deal locally" with us. BS

    This sounds pretty awesome. I just got a quote for $2.50 each for 100 shirts but it’s for only 1 color. This does include the shirts. I’m leaning towards you guys - 3 is always better than 1! Is there any company that is as cheap or cheaper than American Apparel? While they have wonderful clothing they are notorious for union busting and that’s something we’d like to stray from if possible. Aside from that, your shirts are really awesome and your designs are killer!! We’d love to reciprocate the favor by helping promote your operation as well! Are you in Chicago? Thanks again! Eric

    I think there is a time limit on those. i.e. the ability to edit posts expires after 24 hours of originally posting... I don’t know how long it actually is.
