Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't that blatantly violate individual privacy rights?
This is kind of old news for me, google up Net Neutrality there is a whole lot on it, Ask A Ninja even added his two cents.
the internet is a series of tubes, you can't just have a bunch of dump trucks driving around.
isn't this what North Korea do filter out what they don't like they only just got google over there , but its a filtered down version
