I am scanning a shitload of old hand drawn stuff and I have like pages set up on layers. Is there a way I can make photoshop export each layer as a jpeg automatically?

You could probably write an action for it.

1.
I run CS.
FILE > SCRIPT > Export Layers to Files
It comes default with PS.
2.
i have a script attached to a function key.
when pressed, will save a jpeg of the current display, so you could go from top, press function, turn off layer, repeat downwards.
script is http://jimiyo.com/downloads/savejpeg.js
only works on pc.
to set up,
1. start action recording
2. file > script > load the script
3. stop action recording
4. assign function key to action
