    dude, it’s definitely a rip... check out the hair structure, the use of colors... brow area...

    I’m not going to get into an argument with you about it, but it’s pretty obviously a rip. I don’t think he found it on emptees, it’s posted as my default on my myspace profile.

    to say that this isn’t a rip, you would have to be completely blind.

    here’s the message I sent to him.. I tried to keep it pretty professional without sounding like an idiot:

    So I never like to have to type out emails like this, but here goes:

    I am completely aware of the fact that you’ve ripped off an artwork of mine, and I am not happy about it.

    I would like to request that you remove this design from your portfolio, and reimburse me for any money that you have made selling this piece of work.

    The similarities are ridiculous between my artwork and yours, and there is no possible way that you could defend doing such a terrible thing.

    I would also like to request that you refund the money of the band that purchased said design, so that no one is out any money, as they can not legally print the design that you had sold to them.

    I have made it publicly known that you are a ripper, and you have bought yourself a reputation by copying my work.

    I am also aware that you have ripped the work off of one or more fellow artists, and while this makes me very upset, it is up to them to deal with it.

    Please get back to me, and we can try to resolve this matter without it getting too harsh.

    well dude, it has a cleft in the same place, everything is the same(or very close) color, the eyes are the only part of the drawing with dots, and brow is the same, the hair is the same.
