I would like this template on my blogspot.

Would anyone be able to help me get it on there because when i try to upload it i get this error
“Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed properly.
XML error message: The content of elements must consist of well-formed character data or markup.”
I know it is a classic template and blogger has moved to xml since but eric has this, so there must be a way around this?
