American Apparel Thermals

posted about 1 month ago by Simply Complicated

I work in the school store at my school and I also help out with every shirt that we make since I am the only one that really understands the process which makes it a little bit cheaper on the school.

I convinced the school that we should get thermals since Texas doesn’t get really super cold, and then I found out that American Apparel thermals are only a little bit more expensive than the ones they were going to buy from Bella and some other brand for guys.

I was wondering if anybody has one of these and can tell me if the quality is any good because I have heard mixed reactions of them being too long or too "fitted"

its nice.. the neck gets a little meh,
its pretty thin, the only thing that makes it thermal is the texture.. i dunno... its decent

Grant - I did some for Heartcore a couple years ago, and they were really nice. I wouldn’t say that they’re "too" fitted. They are made with that waffle fabric that thermal is known for, and that makes the shirts more form fitting. I don’t believe they’re any more form fitting than ones you would buy at Wal-Mart - they’re just cut to American Apparel’s standards. I personally love them, and will probably do some thermals this year too. You can always get some samples from American Apparel too if you’re unsure.

Does American Apparel have swatch sheets like AAA does, it makes things really easy when I show the designs to people at meetings..

Or are there any other companies that do it besides AAA, we order a lot of Jerzees like the ones you printed for me.

meh like too tight or meh like it looks like a muscle shirt after you have been wearing it for longer than an hour.

I have a couple. Love 'em, but then again-- I like things a bit more snug.

They’re snug in comparison to most other thermals I own in the same size.

I love them, and I wear them all the time when the weather is a little crisp. I even used a brown one for my reindeer christmas costume last year.

yeah they’re a great layer when it gets cold as fuck up here during mid-november to mid-march.
