At work they just gave me my old G4 power mac, I was going to buy a G5 imac but now I'm not sure I need to. The G4 doesn't have an OS on it and I'd say it's at least 6 years old, they were going to shit can it anyway. We got to test drive one in the office and I couldn't believe how fast it opened up files that usually take 5 minutes (no joke) to open on our older computers. Also, having a monitor that large is really luxurious.
