When you are doing a design for a company - what kind of size should you be doing it for printing?
Say if I were to use Photoshop to open a new canvas to start doing stuff on then what size and dpi should it be for good print quality? Should it be the 'actual size' you intend the design to be on the shirt?

i always do 300dpi (standard) usually 10-12 inches wide and 12 inches high.

most people do 15x20 or 38cm by 50 cm..
If its all in illustrator, no worry about size cause it can be easily sized, but keep it 300 dpi in photoshop and you will be fine...

yea either make it bigger or th actual size otherwise itle pixleate in ps, little advice i was able to get from dan mumford was that he does his sketches and inking at size he wants to and then 500dpi scans it 500dpi pss the whole piece at the size, no risk of pixles :)
