thas like walkin into a butcher and bein all GIVE ME SOME MEAT. If said butcher wanted to he could just wave his dick at you for awhile. This is what is going on here.
Be specific. What aspects of design? Maybe ask this in the context of one of your own designs that you want to improve
Zac 's profile is set to private. Beautiful work. Wood, clouds, stone, bushes. Its a matter of looking at the real deal, and doing your best to copy it, I can only show how I would do it and that would be like me doing your homework for you. Practice all day everyday. Thats not what you are after I know, but I dont know how to answer. On color use complementary tones for natural muted work, nature and what have you, and neon for popular trend junk, contrasting for raz ma taz. Or kular in illustrator. For linework use pressure, it gives lines the fat to thin that is sexy these days. For shadeing there is a tut around here somewhere. hang around and watch the pros. Hope that helps some. Mostly just draw all the time, try new things. Welcome to Emptees.
oops looks like you know what your doing with a pen and paper, just keep at it, I think you will do well here. Sorry for the dumb answer.
Might want to take a peek at the Work in progress post, and see how the stuff is put together, Just dont rip anyone...(not that you would, but it has been known to happen) cheers.
you need to draw if ur fucking up on drawing, make sure you look at what ur drawing too otherwise ull fuck up makes sense sounds easy try looking more! if u aint got eye sorry but u kno. shit i need to get more designs up lol! oh and experiment
why are people so damn stengy (dont mind the slang word) with giving simple pointers and advice to others about this stuff. I mean come on honestly, a lot of the tees here look the same anyway (no offense- doesnt mean theyre not good-actually theyre amazing).

maybe if a tee was actually posted and you could specifically critique on that one particular tee... something could be accomplished... other than that... never quit drawing...
My first advice... Dont take this the wrong way... Based on your designs for sale... Stop drawing on a computer. It looks like paint, and very few people can literally master that program in a way that works.
If you want to draw on a computer, invest in a tablet, its great.
As for actual drawing. Depends on what you want to draw. If you need anatomy studies. Go sit in a mall and do gesture drawings of people. Scenery... sit outside.. etc, just keep goin at it, dont ever throw anything out either. Just fill sketch books for days and days and days.
Also... any of your designs you have up. They lack one thing, Depth. It is just flat as flat can be. One thing is supposed to be a creature? There needs to be motion conveyed through depth and what not to get a real sense of what it is.

that makes me so sad...really.
dude, you are not lowballing us, you are just doing it so wrong...
yeah,
Concentrate on making mad designs that you can sell for 200%-300% more, instead of cheap design.. spend more time on each design, rework it over and over, play with different colours, use different line weights, watch the texture tutorials on this site .. etc

Go buy "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain." Read it, do the exercises. Then do it all again.

Umm... to back him up, its under "Photo Edits" on his myspace... All hes saying is that he edited the photo, so he did not "RIP" anything.. Truth.
Quaker its safe to take the egg off your face :)

I read it as hes implying he edited, ie, manipulated the photo. If so, credit where credits due.
