yo
just got a proof of my tags through from Xpresa and they look pretty nasty.
quite jagged and 'pixelated' looking on the main logo.
they seem to do good 'high definition' work at Xpresa but these look pretty bad
is there a secret to getting good results? maybe sending the artwork much bigger than actual size so it looks smooth when scaled down? i sent them a jpeg but is was very smooth - made from an eps.
any help appreciated

im not really sure, but talking to the company about it and seeing what they suggest is probably a good idea.

Its because you sent a jpeg. You usually dont want to send out jpegs.
Send them something at 300dpi and pretty big, maybe a pdf or a .psd if they accept it.

If they accept a vector file that would be the best.
I always love tagless, and its not very expensive. I think 50 cents a shirt for it.
