rage against the machine was sort of rap-rock fusion
illdthedj said 2 months ago
i would even stretch to say Beck...but thats more like a cross between folk rock and rapping.

Back in the day I remember there being underground rap/rock bands. Down, Manhole (a chick rapping I believe), wasnt E Town Concrete kinda rap/rock? Oh, and Ice Teas hardcore band, Body Count, hahaha. Good stuff.

BODY COUNT FUCKING RULES

Down used to be my shit...

They are HORRIBLE live. We played with them. They take themselves way too seriously. We drew a better crowd than they did, and thats pretty pathetic.

I really like Transplants, although its more punk/rap the members include Travis Barker and Tim Armstrong.
dcastle8183 said about 1 month ago

Downset! That was it! I said "Down" by mistake.
"Anger: hostility toward the opposition. Anger: hostility toward the opposition. ANNNGEERRRR" Hahaha.

edward furlong much? I happened to catch them on TRLs unsigned bands day. They sucked bad.
And Gym Class Heroes sucks hardcore. Its like Gwen Stefani Syndrome where the band is completely expendable. Travis needs to shave his unibrow and take off those lame fake emo glasses.

E Town Concrete are hardcore. Bands such as Deez Nuts, Furious styles, Cold World and Rzl Dzl would be considered Hip Hop/Hardcore. Beastie Boys were hardcore and then pushed towards Hip Hop so some of their stuff can be included in this.
Rap rock is a terrible genre.. RATM are well over rated, good, but over rated. Theyre also pretty hypocritical, but I wont get into that. Zebrahead arent bad but Id personally consider them more Punk Rap.
Stuck Mojo were amazing, listen to 'Not promised tomorrow'.
Everything else is pretty dire.
Just my two cents.. If you dont like it.. Care?
