wow- i thought this shirt was going to be cutting-edge at least. nope, just a deep v 1 color print. also, hurley suggests anyone who buys it should, "complete to look" with 75 dollar hurley jans and a 20 dollar beanie.
kyleisez said: its century gothic, the same font used on their album, wow!
haha, thats what I was thinking too. Kinda pissed about this, it was really a chance to establish something and all it really is is text with some splatter... what we were all doing a few years ago in design.
"So yah, we like, typed out "party hard." and used avant garde cuz its like, all the rage right now. then we took the hurley logo and replaced it with the "H"...that was kind of a big deal. anyway, we thought it was awwwwsome, but we were like, no man, its cool right now, but we can totally make it extreme...to the max. thats when we found this awesome splatter vector. the cherry on top was putting it all on a v-neck, so we can sport our awesome new chest tats"
lol sorry, its really not that bad. just that its 40 bux for nothing that special, and then that inspiration explanation just made me think "give me an effing break!"
To give credit where credit is due that photo was originally posted in an earlier v-neck thread. I felt the need to resurrect it, in all its douchey glory.

my guess at the REAL inspiration behind this tee:
"So yah, we like, typed out "party hard." and used avant garde cuz its like, all the rage right now. then we took the hurley logo and replaced it with the "H"...that was kind of a big deal. anyway, we thought it was awwwwsome, but we were like, no man, its cool right now, but we can totally make it extreme...to the max. thats when we found this awesome splatter vector. the cherry on top was putting it all on a v-neck, so we can sport our awesome new chest tats"

The sad thing is, little 14 year old scene girls will get their mommies to fork over the $40 for it.

i bet the shipping is more then the cost of the tee lol
caligulas said 2 months ago
i cant believe the price of this tee. kids rip us about the price of our collaborations but after explaining the process involved they understand.

Oi! Ross is a top bloke! And also, the only British person to play music in America and not put on a faux-American accent.
I cant defend his choice of tee, mind.
