i posted this a while back in another sketch thread, sorry for reposting, but i havnt done anything with it yet...and i had a question hopefully some of you could answer... <img src="http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y260/illdthedj/piratecatSOFAR.jpg" /> i believe this originally was drawn with pencil, then i scanned it and adjusted the contrast. BUT when i bring it into illustrator to live trace, the line quality is super chunky and unappealing, no matter what setting i have live trace on. SOO MANY of you guys have such NICE line quality in your designs, so i was hoping some of you could give me some suggestions.... What should I do? What would you do, after scanning in a pencil drawing? Do you, and should I, go back over the scanned image in photoshop or illustrator? do you wacom it in PS using brushes? or do you pen tool it in illustrator? (oh man, thats gonna be a whole lot more work lol) anywho any advice is appreciated! 7010
