is a 14 year old boy running PETA these days??
even if you agree with what the article says only a fucking retard would think that this kind of thing would advance your cause. it is pretty clear to me that PETA has given up on changing anything for animals, and now just focuses on itself and getting attention.

Human life > Animal life in every case.
Anyone who donates to these people should be ashamed of themselves for wasting money on a useless organization.
I am for animal rights, I love animals, but these people are nutjobs. I have seen videos of their conferences. Well just go watch the Penn and Teller episode about them...

I hate how peta runs business. I am an animal rights activist and i just dont see how shock media shows aything!

Wow. Thats horrible. I cant believe there is someone out there who would think that this ad could be justified. That horrific incident just happened last week, they could at least give the man a bit of respect by not comparing him to an animal that already had a pre-determined fate.
Maybe instead of wasting all that money on ridiculous ads they should send it to the Humane Society where at least they are saving animals lives.

I think thats what bothers me, is the peta organization has become so in thralled with animal rights, animals are now seen as humans... maybe they should go to the dentist and look at the eye teeth god gave us, pretty sure those werent meant for salads.

I feel all beings are equal. Everything has a place and contributes the whole in someway.
Are kids still believing fair tales of Godthese days?

yanno, they probably got more coverage for getting turned down. win all round? theres no such thing as bad advertisement!

Im guessing that their next tagline will be:
'Animals are People too!'

I think tht is one of em....It might be people are animals too...but thaat would contradict them.
Just so you know Peta2 is the same exact company for all you scenester kiddos.

Silly. Very very silly.
If youve ever been to a butchers, youll know the animals are killed humanely. Quick and as painless as possible.. I wont say the same for some slaughter houses, but for the most part, they do it in the best way. Not how Peta seem to portray.
Animals are not humans and never will be humans. The reason why we differentiate ourselves from them is because we have learned to adapt the world around us, rather than adapt to our surroundings.
I eat meat. I love eating meat. I dont need some company trying to put me off my food because they have a few screws loose in their heads.
I understand the point of view of vegetarians and even vegans. Peta however, act like naive children and really dont understand the world of propaganda AND business.

Senseless, heartless, brainless.....and probably lots of other stuff-less.
Really sick to use an incident like that. I like what PETA stand for, but god do they go about it the wrong way.

Way to ostracize everyone who believes in God with a trick question. Believing in God doesnt make you suck at life, for future reference.

You can be turned off to their tactics but you have to acknowledge that pain and suffering is how your food gets to you whether you give a shit or not.
Instead of using tired ass excuses about human teeth and God "giving man dominion over all living things" why cant anybody just admit that thats how their food gets to them and that they dont give a shit?

i dont give a shit if an animal dies a brutal death so i can eat it. there, i said it.
*except for baby cows and lambs, theyre too cute....shut up.
explodingtoes said 3 months ago
most wild animals kill their prey/meals pretty savagely.
why isnt PETA out there protesting against lions for their brutal violations of gazelle rights?
Master_Control said 3 months ago
Well when people start saying things like "...that God gave us...", I have a hard time beleiving otherwise.
I mean...for Gods sake...
"Crazy" Mike said 3 months ago
You know thats actually a good point. I wonder what stance theyd take if a bear mauled a human . . .

"His struggles and cries are ignored ... the man with the knife shows no emotion ... the victim is slaughtered and his head cut off ... his flesh is eaten," reads the ad posted on the PETA site.
i actually laughed

you know whats delicious? Human flesh. Ill admit it, Ive eaten, 3 or ...5 hookers.I didnt torture them or anything. Just, hungry. No one missed them.

'Quoted For Truth' or 'Quit Freaking Talking'?
You rule by the way. Our POVs are different on some stuff, but youre so passionate about certain things, its refreshing. Plus whenever you talk it feels like Im actually reading words from the Ultimate Warrior.

Kill it and grill it!
cajun metal said 3 months ago
Thats a totally asinine point.
They would probably say the same thing that most people would have: shouldnta messed with the bear. Everybody knows wild animals will fuck you up.
The brutality of nature and lions hunting and killing gazelles is NATURE as in NATURAL. The means we use to get our meat doesnt occur in nature and Lions arent killing gazelles because they taste good.
"Crazy" Mike said 3 months ago
Well Im mostly talking about the people who are attacked by animals that werent blatantly asking for it . . . like shark attacks on surfers or people attacked by random animals while just walking around in nature. But yeah if you provoke the animal thats your bad . . .
Hands On Clothing said 3 months ago
2 weeks ago, i accidently killed a fox with my car, the very next day, i ran over a mouse... 2 days after that a small bird flew into my car window and hit my grill... i havent killed anything since, but the thing is, no matter if you personally eat the animals or not, they are still going to be killed.. accident or slaughter, the meat will always be there.. sure some people say "if theirs no demand, there will be no meat" but in this world, their will always be a demand for it.. humans eat meat, thats the way the cookie crumbles.
Hands On Clothing said 3 months ago
Im now scared of foxes, seriously.
dougie said 3 months ago
tbh, theres really no point in debating this. its the same as whether or not god exists and whats better macs or pcs...
cajun metal said 3 months ago
I was just talking about that cookie at lunch. If you like to eat meat and you can admit that there is uneccessary pain and suffering involved in its getting to your table and you still like to eat it then own up to it, and let it be. Stop trying to somehow justify it to non meat eaters, be yourself. Because I dont get it. It sounds like youre arguing that eating meat is natural, which it is. The pain and suffering that brings it to your table is not. Thats the point that many vegetarians and PeTA (as anti-productive as they are) are trying to make.
Irrelevant arguments about death, a humans ability to eat both plants and animals etc. are not good reasons for inflicting uneccessary pain and suffering on things that can feel both just because some asshole in a clown suit likes to make money. You can like your hamburgers, I really dont care. But when people start trying to intellectualize it its ridiculous.
No one is disputing mans ability to eat meat, and its only too obvious that we also have the ability to not give a shit.
Master_Control said 3 months ago
if thats sincere, then i thank you /kneel

idk if youre saying that the answer is obvious or if youre saying people are so passionate about their side that they are willing to argue with no avail until they die (gods not real and macs ftw!)
