   yea, my old lead singer had all their old stuff on repeat on my computer ... I’d get home to the faint every day after work. Wierd thing is, I never got tired of them.

   good band, hopefully they keep up with the times. last time i saw them which has been years, they had burluesque dancers and it was pretty awesome.

    I have been a big fan of The Faint for a while now.
    This album was a little hard for me to get into at first because it gives off a different vibe than their previous albums.

    Its not as heavy with dance beats, but is more indie-inclined.

    Nonetheless, I love it!

    I could not disagree more.. It took them 4 years to come out with this crap. Maybe I need to give it a few more listens but its really boring so far.

    Seriously though.. I would of figured that it if took them that long to come out with another album it would of been a little more epic like Blankwave Arcade or Dance Macbre.

    i agree with that, they have definitely done better before of course, but for taking this long ... i still think it’s a really great album, but i wish they had done better.

    For me, I think Brand New’s The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me is this years... or last years best album.

    That came out in 2006 and was another album I thought was a let down.

    Great band. Danse Macabre has always been one of my favorite albums.
