Yeah, I’m really not surprised at all. It’s sad, and it gives people even more of a reason not to like us.

you’re right; I mean, can you imagine getting worked up about american politics? where does one become comfortable regardless of left or right wing ideology? unanimous disgust is perpetual.
bottom line: there will always be something new to be disgusted with.
I’ve really only gotten political this year. the more shit i find out the more i get this pit in my stomach. i’m thinking japan might be a cool place to live.
I was talking to a friend the other day about all this- and it seems its the same all over for a lot of people- once you actually start looking behind the wall of crap and noise they have created to stun you into believing anything they say- you either become addicted to the truth and slightly depressed/sick/angry/political- or you are one of those people who enjoy the wall of noise as a comfortable lie.
as my friend said at me insistance that he watch loosechange 2nd edition 'I dont want to mate- knowing the truth will make me depressed- I dont want to know what they are capable of'..
on the american dollar the eagle holds olive banches in one foot (olives meaning peace) and arrows in the other (arrows meaning war). It was only recently that the eagles head was moved form looking towards war to looking towards peace.....
