wondering what others feel is a better method for displaying your product...
a. one style (design/shirt style) per sheet
or
b. multiple styles per sheet

or do i save as an image and use the html tags?

Im with Gabe on this one - dont post it up. You should play at least some elements of your linesheet close to your chest.
I am swamped right now but I will say that Im all for putting multiple styles/items on one sheet - correct me if Im wrong, but the idea behind a linesheet is to have a concise, easy-to-read barebones document for buyers to use as a reference when placing actual orders.
