But I also don't understand the point. I was thinking that you send off 1/4 of your design to each of your teammates then when you receive the 1/4 of their designs along with the remaining 1/4 of yours you make the necessary changes to piece them together into 1 coherent (probably not) design.

One of those parts is yours so there are only 3 random parts, plus the original guy finishes it so any fuckups can be fixed.
The members don't go apeshit on the other members junk, it's a skill test to do the part right, it's a way to get other styles into one design and blend them.

It's going down pretty soon. People get paired at random with another tee off participant.
Both designers have 1 week to design on a theme The top loved design per theme moves on and a new theme and matchup happens. This goes on until there is a winner.
So you and me theme butterflies, we both do an awesome butterfly shirt and then the best one moves on. If you win then you get a new opponent and theme and so on.
It's pretty much chaos once it get's going, it's one of those in or out deals. I would love you to participate.

I'm on my 10th hour of my designing today.I was working on my mock up when I turned my laptop around to show my gf the progress and it unplugged.
