yeah i think i'm just SLIGHTLY too young to get them (as in i'm spoiled by a lot of the current comics). a lot of times i hate the writing in horror comics, but the art was always spectacular....shit i can't remember the name of it but there was a black and white horror comic/mag that came out from IDW a few years ago and it was INCREDIBLE. art and story. phil hale did the covers for them....will post if i find them.

Ive used them before. But I own nearly all of them, not these shitty low resseseses.. are you kidding? no one does graphic based anything. everyone has to draw on this site. I am shocked my hoodie even got TOTD theres not a ton of drawing besides my logo..

Eric Powell is a beast. Of course DarkHorse chose him as the new Creepy Cover artist.
My former instructor can take claim to being officially the "first Creepy Artist in 25 years" though. when it was just confirmed that they were re- releasing the printed Creepy magazines. he did a piece called meet the Creepys

As excited as I am, I'm also very, VERY nervous... Anyone who has read that poor excuse for the "new" Tales From the Crypt put out by Papercutz (see here: http://www.papercutz.com/tc/tc.html) should know what I mean. They butchered a legend...
Anyway, I hope Dark Horse shows this title some respect... Either way, I'll be getting it to check it out. Cannot wait. I just saw that dark Horse is also releasing the originals in hardcover archive sets. Very cool!

Yeah, having Bernie do the cover art is pretty awesome to say the least. Definitely gives the new series some credibility.
I need to start beefing up my collection of Creepy and Eerie...I only have several random ones. I've been focusing too much on my Famous Monsters of Filmland and 80's Fangos :) I think I may grab those hardcover volumes though.
