Can’t get more damn blatant than this.
Sad thing is, I can’t tell where they’re coming from because they’re being sold off some shitty livejournal site.

My design is for sale on Bountee, and is not available in the colours they’ve used, so it’s not just a cheeky resale.

   The difference between this and a lot of cases, is there has actually been commercial redistribution of your art.. You should be at least demanding the money from the shirts they have sold plus damages to your personne.

    That totally sucks, a lot of these shirts come from Thailand. I was just in Singapore and found out from a friend you could buy Obey shirts over there at US$7. Here in my country, I’ve seen Affliction shirts at US$13. They’re either rips or what they call 'over runs'. But the quality is really good so you can’t really tell.

    I didn’t see any of your tees in Bangkok when I was there a month ago - plenty of Billabong though! I clearly didn’t go everywhere but there were a shirtload of tee sellers!
