Some of you already know about my problems getting my Shark Week Shirt printed but for those that dont go here http://emptees.com/posts/2921-printing-problem-solved
I e-mailed them and they replied with this
"With regard to your unhappiness with the final print theres a number of ways we can resolve this. I can do a reprint on the order entirely and you can send back the product you currently have now, or I can give these to you at cost and you can keep all of them.
Let me know how youre wanting to proceed and well make this as easy as possible."
I shipped everything back to them and they recieved the shirts over a month ago. They dont respond to my emails or phone calls.
The thing is they have an account on emptees. They print shirts for a lot of companies here. I didnt want to release the name of the company and I thought everything was going to get taken care of, but after they have repeatedly not responded to me Im thinking thats the only thing I can do to get anything done.
What should I do?

I say we schedule a manticore attack tonight and flood their myspace/email/snail mail/fax etc. with photo renderings of them taking it in the ass. Also maybe some threatening words.

we should organize like a gay porn off. Like the tee off only with gay pics of the next person we feel deserves the harassment.
Jon Kruse said 4 months ago
Wheres the other voice. The one were they say "Jon, this shouldnt be handled through the manticores, they will just call the guy a dick nose and nothing will be accomplished. You will still be down a wad of cash."
hideouscarwreck said 4 months ago
okay, in all seriousness, manticoring this situation would look extremely unprofessional on your part and like you said, not solve your problem
... but i still dont know what you should do.
Elks said 4 months ago
shit pounding pics could be a little extreme for right now. Its an option though.
beth said 4 months ago
I feel like this situation should be handled in a more mature way. Dick pictures are no way to handle business
Jon Kruse said 4 months ago
The voice of reason.
I looked more into the better business bureau, looks promising. I dont think they use dick noses to get the job done.

calling all Manidores
be already to assemble!!!
Jon Kruse said 4 months ago
I should have called Jimmy! Im kicking myself in the ass now.
godsloadedsociety said 4 months ago
John, call BBB, if that goes nowhere, then take yourself down there and whoop some fucking ass! Then call jimmy
Joe said 4 months ago
Yeah, Id suggest BBB too. They dont answer their phone? They should answer eventually. If being a pest doesnt work (calling multiple times per day, every day), hopefully the BBB will. Sucks that youre having such bad printer issues, Ive been there too. If you dont mind, could you email me privately the name of the company? I wont publicize it.
Simply Complicated said 4 months ago
go there in person, kick them in the nutsack, print all your shirts, and leave with all their equipment, its crazy but i think it will work out very well
milkmedia said 4 months ago
yeah, at this point ii think you should tell us who it is so we dont use them.
godsloadedsociety said 4 months ago
Yeah, or at least wait until you hear back with some certainty or uncertainty on their part
Tender Branson said 4 months ago
I would say dont go the "Dick-nose" route quite yet. A month is really way too long to wait for a replacement. But before you start busting balls..
What is the normal turnaround time for the company that youre using? If it is 2-3 weeks Id say give them one last chance to get a hold of you. Especially since they know they arent making any money reprinting yours they have probably put yours on the back burner.
If that doesnt work, go for the balls cause thats straight bullshit. Dont let them worm their way out of the situation.. sometimes its ok to be unprofessional - especially with a company youll never be working with again.
I hope you get this solved soon because I really want to buy one!
Perudoesitbetter said 4 months ago
yeah being professional is all well and good, but when they start dicking you around well thats when their professionalism should be severely questioned as well. I mean if they promised you that they would do it, then they should stick to their promise, by not responding to you it is showing that they themselves are horribly unprofessional.
But i think that before you unleash manticore hell on their ass, you get in contact with the BBB and go that route first. Im sure they did put you on the backburner which isnt right either.
Randomentity said 4 months ago
do they have a fax machine? just black fax em, but in white out write "if you call me back this will stop"
and if that doesnt work, well, dicknose em.
Perudoesitbetter said 4 months ago
yeah, you could take their fax machine hostage.
Jon Kruse said 4 months ago
You told me about them before but I didnt check how they could help me until today. It says they resolve 70% of their disputes.
godsloadedsociety said 4 months ago
Haha, thats not something Id be proud of, they should be aiming for 100%!
Hands On Clothing said 4 months ago
Definatly take legal action, its theft on their part, i dont know what they are registered as business wise, nor do i know the different types of american businesses but they should be liable for all debt, unless they declare themselves bankrupt. (only in certain situations.)

+1
i would attempt
1. verbal
2. certified paper communication
3. another verbal
then if they dont do anything, threaten more dire consequences.
emptees i believe has 30-40k visitors, i forget every day or every week... im sure manticores could keep a dont do business with X post up on top for a duration of a week.
although i would love to see them being bombarded with dicknose post it notes. that would be rad.
seibei said 4 months ago
theres a million little things that could have delayed the reprint (shirts on backorder, miscommunication, etc...Im trying to give them the last shred of benefit of the doubt), but they should at least be in touch. Thats bullshit.
Do they not have a phone number? Its hard to ignore a phone.
sentimentaladam said 4 months ago
Have you tried calling with a freinds phone or something like that so that they dont recongnize you number. If theyre screening your calls, that should get you around the wall.
Perudoesitbetter said 4 months ago
Yeah didnt someone say something about sending certified mail. I know that they dont have to respond to your calls, but they do have to when its certified mail?
Yet its pretty bad that you have to go that route though.
{miles to go} said 4 months ago
a certified letter isnt a bad start, but contacting the BBB doesnt really do much unless they are a member and a ton of businesses arent.
i would call, leave a message saying, look, at this point id really just like to get my money back and be done with the order. a lot of people have been asking me the name of the company that has been giving me the runaround and i havent been telling them to give you the benefit of doubt. resolving my specific order seems easier than losing future potential clients.
hideouscarwreck said 4 months ago
yeah, try this.
Hands On Clothing said 4 months ago
If all else fails, the company has a debt to you, and therefore you could look up a debt collector in their area, and youd have no expenses to pay, the collector takes extra money off them to cover their fees, its scary for them, but they need a kick up the ass if they are really this bad.
Ive had a similar issue with ****** apparel, not delivering a shirt within 4 weeks when international delivery takes 10days maximum. Ive contacted paypal to get my money back, which you could do depending on your payment type. They WERE too, ignoring my emails. (i have edited it, as this seems to be resolving now!)
Jon Kruse said 4 months ago
They are part of the BBB. Ill give them another call and another email before I contact the BBB.
I keep on talking myself into giving them the benefit of the doubt. Ive tried using a different email address and left a couple messages and their answering machine.
Gordocreative said 4 months ago
BBB is a joke.
You might want to release the company name on here because someone may be able to provide you with a direct contact.
Ziggy said 4 months ago
Out the mother fuckers. This is bad business.
beth said 4 months ago
A side note:: Working for a company that shipped international. sometimes that crap gets stuck in customs and it can take up to a month to get out of. I have expirenced this personally buying Advantage for my cat!
Just warning you for the future
