I skipped breakfast today and Im absolutely starving. However, the good news is Im taking off at 1 PM to have a midday barbecue... and its all I can think about and cannot focus on anything else to save my life.
I love to grill out and usually opt to do so most nights of the week rather than cooking inside where it gets all hot and stuffy.
Does anyone have any killer recipes theyd like to share? I dont really do more than some light seasoning and am down with trying something new and creative.

has anyone ever tried to make drunken chicken?.. shoving a half full beer can up a chickens ass sounds pretty white trash... and tasty!

worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, cyan pepper, a little bit of brown mustard. stir it all up and put it on your meat with a brush then grill. mmmm.
another thing i like to do when i make like sausages or kielbasa is to soak them in beer and onions first. also try pouring beer on your burgers while theyre on the grill. its awesome.
and yes, drunken chicken is amazing. the only thing bud light is good for is shoving up a chickens ass.
