I'm trying to figure out if I should put the effort into it for the Button Press or not.

I'm thinking that it couldn't hurt since bands would be a good market for one inch buttons, but I don't know if anyone really uses it anymore.

Should I just focus more on Facebook and Twitter? What do you think?

If you have the time to answer messages when you get them then yeah, what harm can it do?

If you do go down the Myspace route though, make sure you have a well designed page so that your brand looks professional. A bad looking page will just make your brand look a lot worse.

I think you should for sure make a myspace for something like 1" buttons. Alot of small time bands and brands use myspace primarily and would only hear about you through myspace. Since your product you're selling is pretty cheap, I'd say a good market is small time bands or brands.

Thanks guys. You pretty much said what I was thinking. I've got the account already, but I just need to make it pretty.

Are there any good tutorials on profiles 2.0 out there? I want to code it all up myself and I'm pretty knowledgeable when it comes to CSS - I just don't know what classes and IDs to mess with.

I recommend you use Firefox (if you don't already) and download two add-ons: Firebug and Web Developer.

I'm not sure if these are good with 2.0 but it's worth a shot. You can click on areas and tell the page to display the ID and Class details of each section.

Yeah, I already have those two addons. They're super helpful. From what I can tell so far when you use 2.0 you can add in your own custom CSS but if you don't have it any in there yet you can't easliy find the selectors you need. Unless I'm just over looking it...
