  <body>Hey guys,

I've been thinking about how to get the word out about Humanboy's Button Press and I was thinking that maybe running some ads through google could work.

Does anyone have any experience? Success/Horror stories?

Or are there better opportunities that I'm over looking?</body>

<body>I'm not a master with AdWords kinda stuff....But I work with 2 SEO guys everyday, and they do a lot of adwords and these kinda things. They've had some good success for business with them as well, and I believe it's definitely worth a try for you. Just track your conversions/analytics to see if it's going to be worth your while...if so then keep it up.

Have you already done a lot of SEO/meta work on your site? Because that helps out a TON if you're looking to target more things with google.</body>

<body>I haven't done a whole lot of SEO stuff (I'm not too much of an expert when it comes to that...). I've tried to optimize my title tags and created a site map, but that's about it.

Do you have any suggestions?</body>

<body>Email me, I can either send over some tips to you or I could do it for you if you'd like? I typically only include that service when I do site designs for others, but i'm sure I could work something out with you...

<body>I think it definitely works. I have read about 5 books on it now and am getting ready to set up some campaigns for my screen printing business. I am trying to get away from working with bands and working more with companies, schools, athletics, etc because it is more lucrative. So my main competition is customink.com and they spend roughly $3500/day on adwords. They do really well organically in Google already and show #1 for pretty much any term, but the adwords must be working somewhat if they are willing to drop that per day.
If you are looking to get into it though, make sure you research it big time because you could waste a ton of money if you don't do it right and Google can penalize you for certain things.
I will maybe make an update post on here once I get going with adwords.</body>

<body>Not sure if you know about this, but there is the google adwords tool that you can enter in keywords and find out how many people are searching for that term, competitors, cost per click, and also find other words related to your terms. It is extremely useful.

You will just have to really research because you have such a low profit on your items, you really need to pay small amounts per click to even make it worth it for you.</body>

Thanks, Swonkee. I checked that link out a little earlier today when I first started thinking about this. There are some terms that are going for about $15/day for the keywords I was considering so I'm assuming those must do relatively well.

Thanks, Joey. Does she have any advice she'd be willing to share?</body>
