so i work as a band manager on the side and i recently encountered a huge problem. i started managing my friends band back in october everything was fine. the band was tight, and the artist-management relationship was great. about a month ago they decided to kick out 2 members for basically no reason. im still tight with the members who got kicked out so i said i would help them out. they found out i was helping one of there acoustic project(which was no secret) and they gave me an ultimatum last night. I said there acting childish and the subject was dropped. now i wake up to find out that they have another band threating the acoustic projects drum set. basically trying to steal it. im still tight with both projects. but i dont think i can take anymore of these stupid fights. what should i do?

Sorry man, that sucks. Try and explain to them both whats goin on, and just see where it goes from there. If they dont realise theyre being childish then theyre not worth your time.

you could put an ultimatum on them say sort it out or you will stop working for them my band had it the other way round with our manager acting childish :S good luck though

whats a drumsit?haha nah it was at this other kids house. and they told another band to threaten that kid that the set better be at the venue tonight. so idk
