i havent received my prize money for my DBH winning shirt. its been well over 15 business days. ive emailed them 2 or 3 times and they keep saying theyll take care of it but still nothing.
anyone else have this problem with them at all?

I think you need to mail yourself in a huge box, take no perishable items and red bull for nourishment....then when you get there they will open the box.....at his point you jump up, punch them in the FACE and steall all there wallets right before i meet you out front and drive off in a sketchy getaway van.

From my last experience, the daily winning took 7-14 days. The montly one took longer, about 3 weeks.

yeah, they were a little late for the payments for both of my shirts that won, but they did pay. don't worry.

Happened on my first shirt. Their customer service sucks. Even for winners. But they do pull through eventually. Just makes you wonder if they get enough people that work over there.

this helps! I was wondering how long it could take. I didn't know if it was 15 days from the initial email they sent or 15 days from it being presented on the site.

My last payment was not too bad I think they've addressed the concern of late payments and have said that they'll pay faster now.

they usually pay a few days after the shirt is on the site, and the production process takes longer the bigger they grow, but no worry, they always pay:)
