So I found that Illustrator CS4 has a T Shirt Template included with it, which looks to be very useful for line sheets and quick personal mocks. When you open CS4, click on Templates, then under Templates, you should see Tee Shirt. I also like actual shirts for mockups personally. Frenden's painterly mockups were nice though.
