Anybody else work late nights?

Thats what Im doing,

I get to enjoy my evening printing the Nascar Richmond Race Victory Lane Backdrops

They look pretty good, too bad I couldn't care less about nascar

usually I'm not one for correcting grammar but that one drives me nuts. But yeah, I work late nights pretty much every night. The music sounds better late at night so I always feel more productive.

i f0ing hate nascar.

i remember doing several richmond tees.

they have that stupid script R logo. I hated that mother.

what was wrong about that statement? he said "I couldn't care less about nascar" which translates to "i could not care less about nascar" which means, he cares so little about nascar, that it is impossible for him to care any less. i'm not seeing the mistake.

it was originally "i could care less"... he changed it. Yeah, thats really the only thing that drives me nuts grammatically... that and using me in stead of I.

When I first signed up to emptees, I had 5 days off work. I was ended up being on US time..staying up to 5:30am getting up 5 hours later. Totally screwed me up for work! Back to normal now..but after a long day doing a sometimes boring job - all I want to do is stay up and do creative stuff!

I usually work nights 4-11p depends on the show, this month is all messed up. I do all my design work late night, the quiet helps me think.
My uniform makes me look like a coffin salesmen. Anyone else have to wear a monkey suit?

I get to wear my relegated normal clothes, ie, clothes that have gone to shit. I get dirty at work. Real dirty.

I'm the opposite of dressed up. I come home covered in grease and hydraulic oil, coolant, and sweat from the heat the hydraulics give off even in winter time. It's terrible. Then I print shirts and get covered in Ink, and Pretreament, and Sweat from the 9 zillion degree heat press.

I have to clean my shower stull out alot. It turns black every week or so.

I relate heavyprints, it was 30 degrees c today.. sweat, dirt and walking behind a machine that took 15 minutes to plant seeds along 100 metres. Sorry for all the metric!

Sucks! I had this big part changeover to do yesterday that I had never done before on one of the machines I'm responsible for. It's cool. I had to remove some bolts, pins, and lines and turn on an air valve and this station that weighs more than a car floated on a pocket of air so I could rotate it 180 degrees. The sucky part was that the air caused it to blow gnarly black shit all over me that I have never seen before. Wee!

Another thing.. We have huge underground coolant systems called Hydromation. In parts of lines where the coolant meets resistance like sharp curves bacteria builds up really bad and we have to disassemble the lines then blow them out with air. They're really nasty. We call them 'Shit Snakes' as they look like really long slimey..you know. I know this is unrelated, but I just like to talk about the Shit Snakes. It makes me chuckle.
