He resisted arrest even after tasering him multiple times. He was drunk and deserved it. It takes a lot of balls for cops to go that far in front of that many people who are bitching at you. One cop even told the guy to put the taser away until the mighty wizard broke free from their grasp. You can only resist for so long before they will up the ante. I will say that the knee drop seems excessive, but it is a tactical approach since cops pulling out their billy clubs and disabling the arms and legs now-a-days seems way more excessive.
