im quite positive its not owned by fearless records. i actually played on fearless last year with my band at the time and its located in the fox building in NYC. it was kinda fun but that studio is so out of date i honestly felt like i was recording one of those "superstar" videos where you lip sync the songs and they give you a tape of it.
