<body>That sounds like it might be a callibration problem with your tablet and Painter. Check the settings on that tab. I'm not at my home computer right now so I can't remember exactly what the tabs look like. But I would try to find that in the wacom menu and then look through Painter and see if you can find something that is messing it up if fixing that other setting in the wacom menu doesn't change anything.</body>

<body>Are you using a cintiq? There's a calibration utility to sync that up. Also, I had the problem one time and bumping up my brush settings from a minimum of 0 to a slightly larger minimum helped.

Have you messed with painters brush tracking any?

<body>Damn, I don't know. Usually a restart fixes all of my wacom ills.

No trouble at all in any other programs? Have you oepened up a new document in painter and made sure it's not a corruption in a specific document you're opening?

Ehhh.. I dunno. :\</body>

<body>have you unplugged everything and put 'em all back together? I dunno, just a long shot. I worked in tech support for a while, and the simplest of things are always overlooked, so...

this includes a restart, no doubt.</body>

<body>Did you ever figure out the issue with this? I just got MS today and the it is doing the same thing to me.

I have to unplug my tablet from the usb, restart computer, and then plug it back in and it works.

I have reinstalled everything. Anyone know why?</body>
